My Story
I began my journey in the entertainment industry on the other side of the camera as a child actress at the age of three, doing commercials, reoccurring TV roles, and finally starring in the series Major Dad . After graduating from Yale University as a Pre-Med with a degree in English, I returned to my home state of California to become an apprentice staff writer on Disney’s girl-power hit, Kim Possible.
Since then, I have written over 200 produced scripts for a wide variety of genres and formats, including musicals, comics, live-action, features, television, and even an interactive cruise ship activity. (No, they didn’t give me free cruise tickets! Drat!) I’ve developed five series to green light and written five theme songs (so far!) that are my karaoke go-tos.
Credits include Transformers: Rescue Bots, Star Wars: Forces of Destiny, and R.L. Stine’s the Haunting Hour as well as many more. I’m an eight-time Emmy nominee, and I was honored with the AWC WGA award in 2018.
I recently wrapped as the executive producer and writer on HexVet for Nickelodeon, and I am currently executive producing Unicorn Academy for Netflix and Spin Master. My acting career continues in the voiceover booth; currently I am Decepticons Skywarp and Nova Storm on Transformers: Earthspark.
